Terrible timing

Why is it when you have a child free day full of errands planed (sp.) you end up with gastro?

Sucky timing in my house I tell you, Nat was at work last night when I came down with it and then is working tonight. Thank goodness for MIL's who don't work! Ahhh bless their help!
