Card and a layout and a special stamp set

It was Nat's birthday on Sunday so guess what I was up and doing at 6am that morning. Making his card of course! Nothing like leaving it till the last minute.

Materials used -
Stamps: It's your birthday
Cardstock: cranberry crisp, true thyme, more mustard, whisper white
Ink: cranberry crisp, chocolate chip, true thyme
Accessories: Treehouse pp, navy organza ribbon, on board accents, horizontal slot punch, markers

And here is a layout I made using the special "All in the family set" that I have mentioned previously.

Materials used -
Stamps: All in the family, big deal alphabet
Cardstock: kraft, real red, glossy white
Ink: real red, black staz on
Accessories: Hodge podge hardware
and other misc. H.S. products for the lettering
The "all in the family set" has been pre-released for November only. All the proceeds from the sales of the "all in the family set" worldwide with be donated to Dave Abbott's family. Dave Abbott was the General Manager of Stampin Up in Australia who passed away last month from a rare blood disease.
The "All in the family" stamp set is avaliable till the end of November and won't be available till the new catalogue is released in April. (The proceeds won't go to Dave Abbott's family then though.) Come one, I urge you to help a young family dealing with the tragic loss of a family member and get a new stamp set at the same time.
All from me, I am off to see what my own family are screaming about in the longue room.
